I began my advocacy for those abused by narcissists in 2017. As a daughter of a narcissistic mother myself, I endured years of psychological and financial abuse. After going no contact with my narcissistic mother, I left the corporate world to become a certified professional life coach for survivors of narcissistic abuse.

My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I help clients move on from their pain by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be.
